This site reproduces and analyses Australian government open data. Every source is used under a Creative Commons Attribution licence, which permits reproduction, adaptation and commercial use with attribution. Nothing proprietary or licence-restricted is published.

Derived signals are ours, not the sources'
The rankings, scores and signals on this site — capital momentum, the opportunity signal, ripple watch, supply outlook, monetary transmission, the housing supply gap, power players and the rest — are our own computations derived from the source data. They are adaptations under the Creative Commons licences; they are not published by, nor endorsed by, the data sources, and no source endorses this site or its analysis. Where a figure is a source's own published value it is shown with its period; where it is our derivation it is described as such and framed as a historical tendency, not a forecast.

A CC BY licence requires attribution and that any changes be indicated; it does not require the licensor's endorsement and none is implied. AusTender and GrantConnect are read via their public feeds; the underlying data is CC BY as above. Excluded on purpose because their terms do not permit reuse: CoreLogic/Cotality, REIWA, SQM, Domain/PropTrack, the QLD QVAS sales product, and any council register behind a login.
Accuracy & currency
Data is reproduced as published and may lag the real world; small samples are suppressed at the source and appear as gaps; the latest available period differs by dataset and is shown per figure. Government feeds can change or go offline. We do not alter source values; we do compute figures from them, and those derivations are labelled.
Named organisations & figures
Some pages (the renewal radar, power players, supplier and buyer profiles) name real organisations that appear in published government contract records. Everything shown about a named organisation is drawn from those public records: the value shown is the disclosed value of contracts attributed to that supplier on AusTender, not its revenue, earnings, market share or any statement about how it won or performs its work. Counts such as "entrenchment" are neutral tallies of prior awards from public records and imply nothing improper. Because supplier names are matched as published, figures may be approximate — contracts under variant spellings or ABNs can be grouped together or missed — so every figure should be verified against AusTender, and none should be read as a definitive or adverse statement about any organisation. If you believe a figure about your organisation is wrong, the underlying record is on AusTender; we reproduce it, we do not originate it.
Privacy
This site collects no personal information. It is a set of static files — no accounts, no forms, no cookies, and no analytics or tracking of any kind. Nothing you do here is logged, stored or shared by us. The data files it publishes contain government organisations and open statistics only, not personal data about individuals.
